What is Steel-wire Reinforced Composite PE Pipe For High-Pressure Use (15MPa)

SRCP is a high-performance composite pipe built with a mesh-wound steel-wire reinforcement layer and inner/outer HDPE bonded through high-adhesion molten resin, creating a fully integrated, high-strength structure. It combines the pressure capacity of steel with the hygiene, corrosion resistance, and easy installation of PE, making it ideal for municipal water systems, drainage, firefighting, gas supply, and industrial media transport in chemical, petroleum, and pharmaceutical applications.

The High-Pressure Type multilayer steel wire reinforced polyethylene composite pipe is designed for demanding water conveyance systems operating under elevated internal pressure.

Replacement of Conventional Pipe Systems

Compared with traditional steel pipes, the multilayer steel wire reinforced composite pipe offers significantly reduced weight, easier handling, and faster installation without welding. Compared with conventional PE or HDPE pipes, the composite structure enables thinner wall designs while achieving substantially higher pressure ratings, improving structural efficiency and system performance.

What warranty do you offer?
A: Except as required by law, DFPS warrants that products manufactured by DFPS are free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of installation. This warranty applies only when the products are used for their intended purpose and in accordance with accepted industry standards, including engineering, installation, operation, and maintenance requirements. Any misuse or deviation from these standards will void the warranty and release DFPS from all related obligations.
